Bukaka plans to distribute cash dividend at least once in a year. The amount of the dividend is calculated based on the Company’s profit for the year with respect to the financial health of the Company and the rights of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), to state differently from the regulation on the Article of Association of the Company. Since the book year of 1995 until today, the management’s policy on the payment of cash dividend is:
