President Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, 64 years old. Appointed as President Commissioner since June 2002, based on the Deed of GMS No. 76 dated June 19, 2002, which was ratified by Notary Aulia Taufani S.H., as a substitute notary for Sutjipto, S.H. Joined the Company in 1978 as Director of Finance before finally being appointed as Commissioner of the Company (1997-2002).
Currently he also holds positions in various affiliated companies, including as President Commissioner of PT Hadji Kalla (since 1995), Director of PT Poso Energy and PT Musafir Coal Mining (since 2004), Commissioner of PT Bukaka Mandiri Sejahtera (since 2008), President Director of PT Malea Energy (since 2010), and Commissioner of PT Bukaka Energi (since 2013).
Having more than 30 years of experience in business and finance, he often participates in various trainings, including Business Administration from the European Institute of Business Administration, France. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Krisnadwipayana and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Jayakarta Jakarta.
He holds shares of the Company, has affiliations with member of the Board of Commissioners (Mr. Solihin Jusuf Kalla), Director (Mr. A. Afifuddin Suhaeli) and the Company’s majority shareholder, PT Denaya Cakra Cipta.
Solihin Jusuf Kalla
Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, 42 years old. Appointed as Commissioner of the Company, based on the GMS Deed No. 311 dated June 29, 2005, which was ratified before Notary Mrs. Masnah Sari, S.H. He also currently serves as President Commissioner of PT Kalla Lines (since 2001), Director of PT Lintastama (since 2001), Director of PT Hadji Kalla (since 2002), and Director of Finance & Administration of PT Nusantara Air Charter (since 2003).
He also actively participates in various trainings and seminars to improve his capabilities in the field of leadership and management. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, United States.
He holds shares of the Company, has affiliations with member of the Board of Commissioners (Mr Suhaeli Kalla), Director (Mr. A. Afifuddin Suhaeli) and the Company’s majority shareholder, PT Denaya Cakra Cipta.
SUMARSONO
Independent Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, 70 years old. Appointed as Commissioner of the Company since May 2011, based on the Deed of GMS No. 12 dated May 7, 2011, which was ratified by Notary H. Fedris, S.H.
Prior to joining the Company as one of the Board of Commissioners’members, he was an officer with the last position being Kasiops Dim Kodam I/IM Aceh (1973-1982).
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Military Law College and also actively participates in various trainings and seminars in leadership and management.
He holds no shares directly or indirectly with the Company; has no affiliation with the Company, members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors or the main or controlling shareholders of the Company; and does not have a business relationship either directly or indirectly related to the Company’s business activities.
