PT Baja Titian Utama is a subsidiary of the Company established under the Deed of Notary Egi Anggiawati Padli S.H., M.Kn date 18 November 2021 and has received approval from the Indonesian Minister of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-0073292. AH.01.01.Year 2021 dated 18 November 2021.
The business location of PT Baja Titian Utama is in South Jakarta, with the purposes and objectives of running Bridge Construction business, starting from technical planning stage, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the bridge.
On December 6, 2021, it has signed a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Agreement for the Project of replacing and/or duplicating the Callender Hamilton bridge in Java Island with the Indonesian Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. This project was carried out at 37 bridge locations across Banten Province, West Java, Central Java and East Java.
